Hi.   St. John's is a buyers market.  I've been involved for years in Real Estate and rentals in St. John's.  I can say that while prices are down, rents are stable.  This month I had to fill a vacancy and noticed more people calling and viewing the property than during the past 12-18 months - having said that our apartments are always rented. I don't know the Clarenville area but I have heard that Trinity prices are up due to the demand for short term rentals and tourism.  I've done the short term thing too over the years but found it a lot of work.

Prices are down more than 20% or more and Cmhc says things have stabilized.  St. John’s seems to be turning a corner. Any investors looking at St John’s?
