I have had a few recently that have gone really bad!

I was so frustrated yesterday when I was told the property was ready for an open house but then I discovered the property had no "power". It is important that you tell your sellers to make sure the property is in perfect shape before doing open houses otherwise don't do it!

Are you using social media? I know this post is old, curious to know how you are doing now. Have you done any open houses? In order to make sure an open house works you have to do it the right way. Have you created a video in Youtube?
