You definitely need a good grasp of all numbers. I have found many wholesalers inflate ARV and do not quote rehab correctly. I interviewed a wholesaler and asked if he did any rehab himsel . He said no..so naturally I was leary. I have yet to buy anything from him.

My partner and I have rehabbed two houses in 2015 together and are cash flowing. We want to take it to a higher level and do about 9-10 flips/year. We want to retire in a few years from our jobs and invest 100% of our time and energy in Real Estate investing.
