Im trying to get involved into rei! I just don't know what i should be looking at for a good first time investment. The area, type of housing. Its not like looking for a car i don't want to be tangled into something i can't get myself out. I need help please some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Any development built before 1978 needs to be checked for lead based paint . Paint that is chipped or deteriorating it can cause serious health hazards.
