Hello! My name is Mason, i currently live in Dallas Fort Worth. I am looking to began my investing journey by the end of 2022. I have been reading and learning a lot over the past 2 years. I am just reluctant to pull the trigger on any big moves because i guess i lack knowledge on lending and finding homes. I think the BRRRR method is the best way for me to be able to own a home without a lot of capital. How would y'all recommend going about finding the right hard money lender? and do i need to do that before seeking out homes?

I am very eager to get started and own a home that i can turn into an AirBnb. I just need some guidance or a mentor to help on the first couple of steps of getting these processes started. Any advice?

I am a first time real estate investor and I’m wondering what the best way to get started it. I have a 9-5 job and have a couple of thousand dollars saved up. Is it easiest to start wholesaling, flipping, buy and rent, or what would y’all recommend? Open to all suggestions and advice!
