Thank you for your feedback!! To answer the above questions

I am wanting to do some rehab on the house, I feel that is the only way to get a deal in almost any market. My previous properties are SF, but if I found a MF that cash flowed and had a promising ARV from the comps I would go for that. I typically would just be looking for one story properties. I would say my risk tolerance is mid to high considering I am only 26, not saying I want to lose anything, but also just wanting to learn and refine the skill more than anything. As far as a budget goes I am more concerned with return, so I would give a wide range thinking $70,000- $220,000

Just being new to DFW (coming from Arkansas) is a bit overwhelming with there being so many areas and neighborhoods. So I just was not sure where to even begin!

Hello All,

I am looking to find a successful buy and hold SF or MF in the DFW Market. I have other properties out of state, but just moved to the area. I was wondering if anyone had some insight on the current state of the DFW Market, and could point me in the direction of what areas to begin my research. I would also love to try to successfully complete a BRRRR. Any insight on the above would be appreciated!!

Hello, I am a young investor looking to purchase a home as strictly an investment. I already own one home that I rent out, but looking to buy another one in the DFW market. Does anyone know of any real estate agents that are focused on investors in the market. I need someone that won’t be trying to sell me my dream home, but someone who will find me the most profitable. Also, need them to understand I’m not opposed to writing many offers until the right one gets accepted. Does anyone have any advice on what areas to begin to look for moderately priced real estate with high rents and growing potential? Any general advise would be appreciated as I am new to the area!  Thanks
