Thank you all so much for your input. All of the dialogue has really helped me to understand not only the content of my message, but also the impact I could make on peoples lives.

I'm about to start my first Direct Mailing Campaign. I wanted to reach out to a few of you and see what content you have used, in your letters, in the past that has been the most successful - when reaching out homeowners for potential deals?

That was a loaded question. I've read the majority of the articles about wholesaling and what the letters should contain, but I was just looking for a more specific approach. I appreciate any advice on the matter.

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a way to replace my job. With my current job, I have no time with my family and it is hindering my relationships. I'd love to get involved in real estate so that it can be something my wife and I can partner on and become a closer team.
