Hello to everyone in the bigger pockets community I'd like to start out by admiring all that post questions and answers on here. I've learned plenty in the short span of time on the blog. My name is Mateus Silva I am 16 years old and have a burning desire to enter in the line of real estate. I've been studying many podcasts, books, blogs, biographies you name it. I want to build my life around real estate even if I'm 2 years shy of even taking the sales person test in my state. I've read formulas done plans etc but what I think I need the most as said in podcast 1 of biggerpockets by Marty a physical mentor someone to guide and mold me to someone I know I want and will be. I'd love to share ideas and thoughts and become someone's student maybe not on what you do bug how I should stick to the path I want and need to be on. Also random but would having a large social media base help in real estate I'm one of the largest teens on the social pages around my area with views of 100k plus and followers and fans in the tens of thousands.
