Samuel - Hello, and thank you for responding. My first task is to liquidate a half ownership in a house in Louisville ky. The other owner has pledged to buy us out, but he is running out of time. House is PVA @ $200,000, with an actual value of somewhere between $120,000 and $150,000. Needs updating/cleanup. Another house of similar size and design sold for $111,000 in 2011 and was remodeled, currently offered around $260,000. Hoping to clear $50,000 after sale and immediately reinvest in a flip.

What a great resource this site looks to be. I am trying to bounce back from some setbacks, my next deal could be a ways off...but maybe not! Have a couple different ideas cooking, central Kentucky peeps contact me....
