Post: Staging for Appraisal - BRRRR

I know the appraisal typically comes after renters are in the property; however, the renter may or may not have the most optimal furniture. Would it be better to get the property staged and the appraisal done after the lease is signed but before the tenant moves in?

Thanks in advance!

Post: Using SCRA Benefits for Reno/Purchase Loans

I'm just starting out buying investment properties using the BRRRR method. I was wondering if anyone has ever used the Servicemember Civil Relief Act benefit of capping personal loans at 6% to fun their reno or down payment for an investment property.

Thanks everyone!
