Hey BP, I bought a home in late 2019 on a lot that’s large enough to subdivide into a cul-de-sac with 2 additional lots. I’m weighing the potential of selling the lots or building rentals. It’s a great location for rentals right in the middle of BYU and UVU and my preference is to build a couple of small single family rentals. I’d like to work with a builder who has experience knocking out cost effective 3bed, 2-3bath rentals. If you have a floor plan that you love and experience building them, hit me up!
