Thanks for posting this @Brian Ellwood! I am currently researching various markets but trying to figure out what the best data sources would be. Does anyone know of any good resources to get the price-to-rent ratio and population growth and job growth for a particular market?

Does anyone know any good resources for getting the price-to-rent ratio, population growth and job market growth for a particular market or zip code? It can be from different sources, but would like to use this data to compare markets. Does Zillow still provide price-to-rent data? I am also comfortable with hitting APIs directly if needed.
