@Glenn D. Thanks for the advice! Couldn't agree more about surrounding yourself with other investors.

Team- I just moved to Boston, so I am in a completely new RE market. Every time I take a drive, I try to study the types of housing, apartments, shopping centers, for sale signs, FSBO, etc. I also constantly look on zillow, trulia, realtors.com, etc for the listings around me to try and get a sense of what the pricing in the market is like. My goal is to start buying multi family homes in this area and would love to get some feedback from the BP community on some methods that have worked when researching a new market. Also, can anyone recommend a good website to get lists of FSBO's?

Thank you!

Congrats! I hope to read more of your success stories in the future. Good luck with your next projects!

Team- My name is Matt and I just recently moved to the Boston, MA area from Rochester, NY. I have been extremely interested in RE investing for about a year now and have listened to dozens of BP episodes. I can't thank BP enough for the great material! I'm hoping to start a new real estate network here in Boston and am asking the BP community for any tips on how to connect with other investors in this area. My goal is to start buying multi family properties and would love to hear other peoples success stories within this area. I look forward to networking with the Team! Thank you for any advice or suggestions you can give me.
