Hello, everyone I'm interested in Multifamily investing and I know how important it is to meet like minds. I know that networking is a must in this profession, but with Covid regulation it's impossible to have meet ups. So, I was wondering how people were building their connections and meeting new people?

I have recently got into the whole real estate game, especially into wholesaling and I am getting more and more comfortable with how to spot a deal or not. I have analyzed this one deal on a Zillow post and it's actually seem profitable to wholesale. However, when I read the description of the post I see a whole bunch of requirements by the seller. I will attach a picture, so, if possible can someone tell me if they see any red flags on the requirements. Thank you in advance!
