hi all

i'm new on real estate and on BRRRR strategy. i'm try to figure out how this strategy works, maybe some of you could clarify process after last R of repeat.

if i'll be able to buy 1st house in cash and rent after a period i could refinance with bank for 75% of ARV, using to buy second house. now my question, after purchase of second house i'll be on situation where 1st house is under mortgage and maybe second house 100% own by me, at this point Re-finance will be only on ARV of second house, means 2 mortgage, or loan will be on Asset portfolio ( value of both house) and in this case part of found could be use for close 1st mortgage and remain cash for other potential dial?

thanks

i'm looking into BRRRR strategy that in a certain way could speed up of portfolio growing. in case of No US citizen re-finance could be an issue or registered LLC in US with lawyer with power attorney could be sufficient to have money from bank?

one more point about BRRRR strategy, if i will start business in Texas for example, and after few year i'll decide to use re-finance portfolio to buy property on a different state like Florida would be possible or I'm oblige to continue investment on same state?

Hi everyone

I’m looking to make investment in US from oversea. I’m Italian and actually I’m working in Dubai but I’d like to start business in real estate and from what I read US is actually the most dynamic place.

Any suggestion about area where concentrate search and how to manage the fact that I’m not physically there?

Thanks

Matteo
