just wanted to share my experience here… after looking at several land courses i signed up for gold coaching w/ the land method (jonathan haveles and ginis garcia). I wanted to find some land teachers who seemed like they’ve been doing it for a while, thru some economic ups and downs, etc.
I had never closed a real estate deal in my life before signing up.
In my first mailing I found a deal (that I couldn’t close bc of title issues) but it seemed promising.
I made my first full-cycle deal in the end of January, and it was profitable. I have another one in dispo with a partner now.
Jonathan & Ginis were there every step of the way and answered all my dumb questions about to close a real estate deal.
I have some non-real estate business experience but if you’re looking for a program to take you from 0 to making land deals and getting five-figure checks, it does that if you follow the instructions.
