My rental property is in a college area. I get students that inquire about renting from time to time. A few of them have been foreign exchange students. How can I properly screen them and ensure completion of the lease. I have a friend who's exchange student up and left the country before completion and without notice. Thanks Matt

If I evict a tenant in Indiana what are my rights collecting rent for the months after they are gone until property is rented again? They are under contract.

I use deposit only debit card at PNC bank. It text my phone how much and account when I get a deposit. There are a lot of pnc locations in Indy which made it convenient.

Looking for someone to review purchase agreements in the south side Indianapolis , IN area. It's a for sale by owner deal and we are using a standard realtors PA. Anybody know of a lawyer that is reasonable for this.

Looking to buy a double that is already rented. The leases are in the sellers name. How is that affected when I take control of the property? Are the leases voided?

Tim Shin Tim I did a hoarder house a few years age. It took 7 - 30yd dumpsters at $450 ea. . We took it down to the studs which we didn't expect. After we did that we had to bring everything else up to code. Just make sure you fluff your repair cost for the worst
