I have tried FBM but no one reads the description haha. I have tried calling Norte Dame college as I am a 30 seconds walk to the campus but I have had no luck. The town I am in will not allow short term rentals for SFH. The student administration is solid thou! ill try that.

Tim Very helpful!! thank you for those links!

Having a hard time finding roommates. I have tried Facebook, Zillow, yard sign etc. and it seems most people are interested in renting the whole home. I'm in a college town so I thought it would be easy to rent out but it seems all of the college students already have places to stay. I'm asking a lot of my friends but I'm wondering if there are other avenues I should take to find Roommates. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

If anyone has any tips or advice on how to fill a house hack, I would greatly appreciate it! Its a split level SFH. I have a 2 bed 1 bath and a 1 bed 1 bath I'm looking to rent out. The home is in a great rental area. Right off of Cedar road, 1 minute away from Legacy Village, 30 second drive to Norte Dame college and 5 minutes from John Caroll. I have multiple online posts on various sites and even a sign in my yard. I have even tried to call the near by colleges to see if they can list my home on a newspaper but no one is calling me back. I'm getting a lot of bites on zillow but everyone is thinking its a whole home rental. I'm finding people don't like the idea of living with another person lol. I'm at the point where I'm asking friends and such but I'm getting worried that ill never be able to rent these rooms out. Should I lower rents or try different avenues ? any help would be great!

Well said. I agree that would be the easier way! I appreciate your input ! Thank you @Ben Zimmerman

I am 22 years old with a full time job. I am looking to purchase my first rental property in these coming months. I am getting all my ducks in a row but ran into a pot hole. I check off all requirements for a loan except having 2 years of w-2 work. I could probably get my parents to co-sign but would like to be as independent as I can with this. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

I would greatly appreciate that, Thank you !

If anyone could suggest a reputable real estate attorney near me, I would greatly appreciate it.  Looking for my first purchase!  With there being so many lawyers around the area, it gets overwhelming to try and narrow it down.  Any help will do, thank you.

I live in Northeast Ohio and I am looking for some recommendations for good Real Estate Agents near me. Any suggestions would help.

Thank you.
