This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property is located on an up and coming block in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia. It is structurally sound but needs a complete interior overhaul in order to bring it back to the top of the market. With great sold comps on the block, an investor can expect to make a quick return on their investment!
