Hey BP world.... I'm a first time investor and I live in Los Angeles county. I am looking at a couple properties in the Delaware county of Indiana. Does anyone have a PM that they would suggest/ recommend and I'm welcome to any additional input about this area. I'm looking at small multifamily units. Thanks
