I currently have 4 rental units (2 single family homes, and 2 townhouses). I am currently looking to expand into multiplexes/apartments, but need financial investors while rehabbing the properties before refinancing with a traditional lender.

I need help on finding investors, networking, and raising capital for my LLC to take the next step. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

I am looking to start a project on a two building apartment unit in Atlanta,Ga but before I get started I need to do fundraising. Fundraising and getting investors is a new journey for me, what advice do you have for someone starting out? What is the first step? Where can I network to meet investors? How can I show investors I have a solid plan, work ethic, and I can be trusted? I have a strong business resume along with an M.B.A.

I appreciate all the support and guidance!

@Kalim Kalla Thank you, I have been treating Real Estate investing/managing as if it is a college course. I am reading and absorbing as much as possible. My next step is to network as much as possible, if you know of any events (in person or digital) please let me know! I appreciate your help, and hope to work with you in the future!

@Brenden Mitchum Thank you and I appreciate your advice! I am local to Atlanta (O4W area), and grew up in Georgia. I am interested in person networking events but I can also do Zoom/GoogleMeet video chats. Do you know of any networking events coming up?

Hello,

I am new to real estate investing. I currently own 2 rental units (Each are 2/1) in a college town. I just finished Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing. My goal in the next 6 month to a year, is to purchase a multiplex/apartment complex and to build my social circle in real estate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
