@John Van Utyven I have a construction background. I have been a handy man in the past working between jobs. I also have very good anck for problem solving and figuring things out. Thanks going to REI meetings in my area is a great idea.

My name is Matt im 30 years year. Just getting started on my REI journey. I have been going through the fre courses on here and reading everything i can on flipping as i am pretty sure this is the best fit for me. I would really love to connect with some other investors that are also starting out on their journey. I have been reading soe much Im starting to get a little overwhelmed and don't really know how or where to start on my oursuit of my fist property. I guess i just need a nudge in the right direction.
