Hello Bigger pockets community!

New to this, looking to add a second investment property to my portfolio and would love to hear what's working for folks out there. Any and all advice and guidance welcome. We have an Airbnb that was our previous primary home, this time around we are thinking BRRRR method doesn't uproot our family. Can't wait to hear from everyone!
