Hi My name is Matt, I was just looking for some ideas/advice on purchasing my second investment property. Some things like; what should I look for (Rentals/Flips/Commercial/Etc.). Should I try and pull equity to buy the next? Partner? Find investors?

Where I’m at:

I’m 19 and I had recently purchased a duplex where I house hack and make around 250$ cash flow and building a little equity. On a 5% down owner occupied. I’m saving a pretty good amount of money since purchasing the duplex. What are the next steps!!!
