@Andrea Weule & @Nick C. I would like to start off by saying thank you both for the feedback! And, thanks for welcoming me. I am looking forward to learn from the  seminars; as well as, the extensive amount of resources that are offered. In addition, I have a few more questions; if you both wouldn't mind: When making a transitions, in your respective fields in real estate, into different cities and countries; what is the/(your) preparation process look like? I am asking this because it seems as real-estate, from my understanding, is a tool that was first introduced through games like monopoly and such. The question that I always asked myself while playing was: how is this information useful in a place that I have not been to? In addition, how can you scale what may a valuable part of real-estate, but has not been introduced in your respective region since there is a lack of it. For an example: The U.S does not grow sugar cane due to the climate and seasonal change; but it has a significant value based on the import of it.

Hello everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well. I am currently taking real-estate courses to pass a state exam. I wanted to get a sense of what it is like to be in the business of real-estate, from every spectrum. My questions are: How has the experience of real estate changed your life? During this historical moment in history how has the real-estate industry changed for you all? Lastly, If you were in your 20s what are the first steps you'd advice your former self to consider before committing to the real estate community as a career path? (Last question applied to both younger and older individuals)

Thank you in advance!
