Thanks @Brad Hammond. Would I need to create an account with them and a property profile to do it? Also, where can I look to find some sort of online application? What sort of elements should be included in an online application if I were to create my own via Google Forms?

Thanks!

I am managing my first property that is currently vacant. I have been getting lots of people to come see the home, but the guy who handles running the background check and credit score check has been hospitalized so now I need to do it. How does one go about doing this? Is there a way I can do this online? Should I have some sort of online application as well? Would I need to set up a google form for that or is there a better way? I am kind of in the dark when it comes to paperwork for renting a home as this is my first time. All advice welcome!

Hello everyone! I am eagerly preparing to start in real estate and I would love some advice! My first goal is to learn how to wholesale to have some capital to work with in the future. Then, I want to learn how to BRRRR and purchase a rental property. After that I plan on repeating the process until I can afford to invest in large multi-unit residential properties and go from there. With all that said, starting out is the hardest part. Does this plan sound good as a general framework? What are some things that I can do to learn and prepare for this career path journey? Any tips and tools that I should be tapping into? All advice would be great!
