Hello, my name is Matt Swab and I am a licensed realtor serving the Greater Pittsburgh Area. I've worked with and supported many investors over the last 12 years. I've also successfully flipped several house. It's time, though, for me to expand into new opportunities and learn more tricks of the trade to grow a robust portfolio. At this time, the types of properties that I'm interested in pursuing are primarily multi-unit rentals and short term AirBnB properties.
