@John Corey mainly because I do not have the liquid equity to get into the market. Have the brains and the skill tho. Silent partner is better than dealing with banks I would think.

Good Evening,
I am a former LEO and Prior Service. I was a Law Enforcement Officer for the last 8 years and at the same time in the North Dakota ARMY National Guard. I am currently in Israel working a DoD Contract. I am getting into the Real Estate Business and am looking for any information you are willing to provide. I've been stalking the sales and running reports in attempt to build knowledge, mainly in BRRRR and flipping. I grew up doing Construction, generally new home, remodel, and some commercial. I am what they call in some of the videos, someone you do not want to by, namely a Jack of All Trades. Looking to meet people that could one day be assets in my future endeavors. I moved to Houston, TX about three weeks before heading to Israel. Any information is appreciated.
