Hey Matt, were you able to double close to the conventional loan buyer?  If so or if not any insights of what to look out for and things needed to do in order to do so would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Daniel, this was several years ago but were you able to double close with the end buyer getting a conventional loan?  If so did it go smoothly and is there anything someone should know if attempting to do this type of transaction?
