Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing is definitely a good start. Great books have been suggested by other members already. I would recommend the "Rich Dad Poor Dad" classic as your next read. 

I can also strongly recommend the book "The 7 habits of highly effective people" by Stephen Covey. Not a real estate book, but the 7 habits that are explained in the book are very powerful in any environment where you will interact with people.
