@Dan Portka No investments yet! I am hopefully looking to get a rental property with a friend later this year. Currently where I work providing loans to others for their investment properties, I am able to see their strategies and learn as much as I can before I dive in. lol. This forum is great for connecting and gaining knowledge too.

As a loan originator working for a lender, I love to read all the different strategies and success stories in the forum. In today's market there is still a lot of opportunity to make money and build your portfolio. :)
