Hi BP!
Introducing myself here as a new member!
I'm currently working in urban development and architecture in New York City, making my first steps towards real estate investing in my home state of Wisconsin (particularly the Fox Valley area).
More specifically i'm looking to invest in a single family rental and then leverage for additional properties.
My primary markets right now are the Fox Valley, WI and also Hudson Valley and Catskills in New York State. I'm also looking in the following markets: Minneapolis, Newark NJ and Philadelphia.
