Does your local county have a property evaluation page?

Is there a local county website that has all the public housing records?

What counties are you looking to get the information for?

I used REIPro for a while but found it over priced for the amount I used it and what the results were.

Hey Omari, thanks for sharing. It's always interesting to hear other people's situations and their reasons for getting into REI.

I have a few free hours a week if you or anyone else would like to meet. I have a construction background and would be more than happy to help with what ever I can.

What type of construction are the walls?

@Harrison Smith - I used Buildertrend with a local remodelling company, I'm sure it can be used for maintenance jobs.

@Bob Razler - I've found someone on Reddit to write a python script to scrape my local PVA website.

Try the r/scrapinghub, this type of thing is just a challenge for some people. 

If you use Chrome browser you can get a scraping extension. 'Data Miner' offers a recipe to scrape Zillow.
