Hey BP, I used to work for a real estate company doing Dispositions. Since then, me and my partner split away to start our own real estate company. While we both work regular 9-5's, we wanted to do this on the side until we can turn it into a full time thing. One of the biggest hurdles right now is getting a deal. I wanted to hire VA's to handle the cold calling aspect of things, since that is the most time consuming part in my mind. My partner was on the acquisitions side of things, so he is extremely knowledgable in novations and creative ways to get the property under contract and I still have an extensive list of buyers, I have built very good relationships with from when I was doing dispositions.

I am open to any thoughts on the best way to start and I am open to networking with any one to hear how you got started and what you would do differently now that you have more experience under your belt!

@Farris Roach III sounds good I appreciate you replying

@Farris Roach III we definitely can, and also if you dont mind me asking how did you become an account manager for a bank? Im interested in the financial sector and im trying to see how i should go about starting my financial endeavor, im still in college but on track to graduate with a financial major.

Im currently going to college and plan on majoring in finance and i was intrested in portfolio management but i dont know where to start. Im currently investing but i dont know where to start to eventually get a career in this feild. Any suggestions?

I have been contemplating going into e-commerce and drop shipping, I’m wondering if anyone on the BiggerPockets platform could share an experience they had with this type of business or any insight in this type of business.

I have been contemplating going into the E-commerce business and start drop shipping but i dont know if its a good investment or not. I was wondering if i could get some testimonies and insight from people on the BiggerPockets platform to help me figure out if it is a good idea or not.
