Hello I currently invest 80%+ in the stock market (I live with my parents) make 60k a year My plan is to invest as much as possible in "safe" blue chip stocks as a vehicle to grow my capital for a real estate Income property in the near future. (2-3years) I invest through a TFSA which will obviously help with capital gains from my investments. I would like your opinions on this strategy. Is it safe? Other options? your experiences?
thanks a lot for all the help!
hello I'm interested in multi family buildings I am at the very beginning stages but I have some concerns when it comes to getting the loans from banks. if I were to save up the down payment on a 1,000,000$ building (16 units, 4.5) 20-25%. would I also need assets in the amount of 200-250k for the bank to approve the loan? thank you !
