My name is Maurice Davis-Taylor and I'm moving to Florida in a few months. I'm either moving to West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach or Fort Lauderdale and I want to purchase property in the surrounding area. I have the general concept of he steps I need to take (Find lots, real estate brokers, meet contractors, etc.)but I have no experience with purchasing property other than just paying for rent and I'm lacking the details. I would love some professional advice to make this project a success.
