Hello All!

Making the move to Utah around April/May, and want to purchase a fixer upper to renovate.

I need help and guidance from a realtor whos experienced with finding distressed properties (preferably off-market). Wholesalers, Realtors, anyone really. If the numbers make sense I'm interested. It's been hard for me to run my own comps since sales price isn't public information? Hopefully there's a way around this.

Looking to use the VA loan for the first time for this, but also open to conventional/FHA financing. Would love a lender whos knowledgeable with the VA loan and can help me manuever this.

Looking to be close to Hill AFB, primarily interested in Syracuse amd Kaysville, but also open to anywhere as north as North Ogden and as south as Farmington.

Hoping to be under 500k, but we can talk more numbers in person. If you think you can help, would love to chat. Can't begin to explain how excited I am for this move and ready to get things rolling.

Thank you for your time and looking forward to chatting soon!

Are you open to South Florida? I am local and looking for partner as well

As much as I would love to, I am focusing on California, Nevada, and Arizona at the moment because I plan on managing the project myself and even doing some of the renovations as well. Let me know if you would like to invest in some projects over here though!

Hi everyone,

I am an experienced house flipper based in southern California, Nevada, and Arizona looking for asset-based lending and/or hard money loan forms of lending to finance my next project. In addition to asset-based lending and hard money loans, I'm also open to exploring other unconventional forms of lending that can provide the flexibility and speed needed to take advantage of investment opportunities quickly.

I have a great credit score, funds available, and looking to buy through a business entity. If anyone has experience with these types of loans or has any recommendations on where I can find them, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Mike, please pm me more information or email me at [email protected]

Hello everyone,

I am a second-time real estate investor who is currently looking for a partner to collaborate with. My primary focus is on fix and flip-type deals in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. However, I am open to exploring other investment types and investment markets as well.

One of the unique aspects of my approach is that I do all the renovations myself, which leads to higher profit margins. With my previous experience and skills in home renovation, I can efficiently and effectively handle any necessary repairs and improvements to the properties, without the use of an expensive contractor.

Currently, I have already received approval for a hard money loan. However, I am open to exploring other funding options and would be willing to discuss different solutions with a potential partner.

While I have primarily focused on Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona, I am open to exploring other areas and opportunities. My ultimate goal is to build a long-term partnership with someone who shares my passion for real estate investing and is excited about the potential opportunities that exist in this market.

Why partner?

I am switching over to real estate investing full-time, and I believe that having a partner would be a great way to learn and gain more experience in the field. While I have experience in renovating properties, there are many other aspects of real estate investing that I am eager to learn about, such as market analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation skills.

I believe that by partnering with someone who has complementary skills and experience, I can gain a broader perspective and develop a more well-rounded skill set. I am willing to split profits regardless of how much work I do in order to gain more knowledge and expertise in the field.

If you are interested in discussing a potential partnership, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
