Hello everyone, This project came over my desk. They are asking 1,200,000. It needs a ton of work. I was wondering if people would give me feed back into this investment. This location is one of the best. I wanted to turn it into apartments. Maybe some commercial retail on the bottom. What should I offer?

@JR M. I don't  know how they would be taxed. Or even if a bank will loan money. If not I was going to have the home owners finance it through me and charge a higher percentage. I am really well known in the construction field. So I believe I could cut a lot of cost out. I bought I set of plans for one.

Hello, everyone I'm new to BiggerPockets. Just give me time and I will become a Pro member. I'm Starting a discussion about shipping container homes. I'm currently looking in to building and selling shipping container homes. I think I could break into a new market. I believe I could offer something better and a lot more environment friendly at a lot cheaper cost then a home. If any one knows anything about shipping containers please let me know.
