Hi,

I've started building my portfolio of Section 8 single family home rentals and looking for experienced property management. Please let me know if you have any recommendations.

Property management company pays for all repairs from escrow account on my behalf. Should I include all the repair expenses into 1099 NEC form I file to the property management company?

One of the most popular asset protection strategies suggests setting up a Wyoming LLC and using it as a trustee in Florida Land Trust (that owns properties). Have anyone used this tactics? It looks like conducting of some type of business in Florida, and Wyoming LLC could require registration in Florida.
