Westchester is pretty hot right now, speaking to brokers and actual sellers getting more what they paid for buying 2-3 years ago. Similar situation in Ulster, inventory is short and prices staying high. Market is overheating for sure. I give it another half a year, prices should drop then. 

Hi Sam - I'm also starting with wholesaling now. Started with mapping out specific areas in Orange and Northern Ulster counties, have done some research, drove for dollars a few times this month, marked properties to reach out to. What stage are you at? What areas are you interested in?

I have heard there are zoom meetups taking place. I would love to join, share my RE investing experience and learn from others. Lower to mid Hudson valley would be great. But really any part of NY State would be good as well. Please let me know.
