Looking for a realtor in and around the NH Lakes Region i.e Franklin, Tilton, New Hampton, Ossipee, Laconia, or Meredith. I have friends looking for a lake house.

I'm looking to branch out from the Memphis TN market. Anyone on here purchasing in the Detroit MI or Akron OH markets?

My wife and I live in MA and we both have W2 jobs. We also own properties in Memphis and Kansas City. We are looking for a new CPA that can do our taxes that has experience with long-term rentals and short-term as well. So far we've looked at The Real Estate CPA but want to look at another similar firm to compare services and fees, Thanks for your help and input.

Good to hear it, do you have a realtor you can recommend?

I currently own 2 single families and a duplex in Memphis TN, and I now want to start looking at multi units. The TN market is very competitive right now so I want to start looking at other markets. Does anyone have any info on the Alabama market?

I'm currently looking to invest in Alabama, since it's a great cash flow state. Anyone already there that can give me some feedback and might also have a realtor?
