Hey guys, I have been looking at single family properties with at least 3- 5 bedrooms and 2-3 baths, I have found some great homes that i would like to make a move on but how much am i actually risking investing in a expensive market like Gilroy, Ca. Keep in mind i am not just looking here in my home town but as well in areas around. My main focus is to house hack a property, but my main question i would say is, am i really talking on so much risk house hacking here in my area?

How’s it going guys, i looking for some advise and help really to start up my own investing career. I have listened to hundreds of bigger pockets pod casts and as well i have read some of there books. I would say the hardest place I’m struggling with right now would be getting started. I know there are many steps to take so i would just like clarity on who to reach out to in my area. I cant seem to find any local investors in my area. If you are in my are feel free to contact me as well. I am looking into house hacking a property that is a duplex, or simply buying a single family home to brrrr. I appreciate all the help.
