Good day everyone,

I’m at a wall or block in my life. I’m 25, working as a customer service representative and they pay well financially however I’m learning nothing that’s entering me. I owe roughly $2,500 in credit card debt and once I’m free’d from it, my plan is to save save save for my first rental property. My question and random feedback/opinions I’d love to hear from you all is should I leave my current job once my debt is paid off and get a new job being a property manager for an apartment complex or somewhere similar. Something that isn’t as guaranteed financially but educationally and experience wise it’s better? Let me hear your feedback, thanks everyone!

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I’m eagerly looking to learn as much and gain as much experience as I can within the upcoming months about the multiple kinds of real estate investing, repairs, and analyzing. If anyone in theNJ preferred but Tri-State area would like to share their knowledge and needs help in some handy work, I’d be glad to get something going. Thanks everyone!

Hi Everyone,

I’m just beginning to open myself up to the real estate investing world. Currently half way done with Bigger Pockets’s Book on Rental Property Investing and plan to follow it with The Book on Investing I know Real Estate With No (And Low) Money Down but I figured to see if I can get other people’s opinions on the matter while I get there. So what are your guy’s thoughts on the possibilities of investing with no or low money down? Thanks!!
