Awesome advice guys. Thank you so much. I completely forgot about vinyl planks. I think I'm going to look more into that option. I am completely unfamiliar with them but, based your points, that might be the best option.

Once again, thank you so much for your advice.

Sincerely,

Maxwell

Hey BP,

Background:

- I purchased my first home, a two bedroom two bathroom condo, for $72,500 back in 2007 (Before BiggerPockets) with the idea of renting it out in future for rental income. Because of the housing crisis back in 2008-2009, the value of my home decreased tremendously. Currently, it is probably worth about $57,560 (Zestimate).

- Currently, I have carpet in the two bedrooms, hallway, living room, and dining area. In addition, I have vinyl in the two bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. By the way, my condo's have 936 square feet.

- Anyway, I am ready to move and with the idea of renting it out and maximizing rental income, what type of flooring would be the best investment?

Thanks,

Maxwell
