Hi. I have a relative who's property will be on auction few weeks from now. They've asked me to help and  buy and takeover the property asap.

What are my options and ways how to gain it & to avoid being in auction? The house have some equity, what type of creative financing available?

I appreciate any advise.

Thank you.

Hi Myla, I do have a home equity loan available that goes up to 90% LTV. How much equity do you have in the home? Income would need to be verified. Feel free to message me if you want more info on this. I am a loan officer at VIP Mortgage.

Hi Eric. I have about $100k equity. Pls. send more info. Thank you.

Hi. Is there any creative way of getting funds asap using my house as collateral? Personal or business loan.

I've tried HELOC & cashout refi but knowing all the current rates now, fees and required interest & liquid reserves on the loan, it'll end up nothing to cashout. I prefer no personal income docs, just using collateral and rental.

Thank you.

I found this from Wholesaler direct. This property have a duplex and 1 mobile home in the property. This is my first multi-unit investment.           It is close by the beach in Tampa. Pls. advise if this is a good investment. I was thinking about the risk like Florida was known for hurricanes, floods as it's few blocks away from the beach. As I'm buying it from wholesaler, what's the process and costs of purchasing from them?

What due diligence should I make before making a decision. Thank you.
