Hello!

I have been poking around this website for quite a bit, and finally decided to do some interaction. A quick intro about me: I am licensed Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator for both New York and New Jersey. I have done some selling, buying, funding in the past few years. Personally, I am interested on every aspect of the real estate business. I am mostly concentrate in Bergen County in New Jersey and Queens County in New york.

I would like to network with other BP members and see if anything arise. While getting involve with everything in this business is my goal, but it's also not practical. For now, I am more focus on both buy-and-sell and buy-and-hold. Anyone out there with good deals?
