Hey BP'ers!
I'm a recent Army vet that is now solely focusing on building my real estate investing business in NJ and Lehigh Valley, PA area. My father is in his own electrical and plumbing business and we're teaming up to fix and flip single or multi-family houses for the first few years until we can establish credibility and move onto apartment complexes.
Currently searching for and analyzing deals to do 2 or 3 flips this summer.
Looking to connect with any wholesalers, good agents, and anyone we can learn from or do business with!

My name's Mike Balboa. I'm an Army vet that recently graduated Ohio University and moved to Columbus working as a sales rep for a chemical company that specializes in water treatment.
I'm looking to buy my first duplex with a VA loan to house hack before the summer's over. After I get moved in I'm looking to get into multi-family and eventually small apartment investing in central Ohio. A friend recommended I check out the BP podcasts and I've been trying to learn as much as possible.
