Hello from Orlando!

My name is Matthew Broderick (please no Ferris Bueller jokes, lol) and I plan to get active in real estate investing soon.  I spent the last few months educating myself via books, articles, blogs, forums, and podcast.  I know I'm just scratching the surface with knowledge and will continue to educate myself via those means as well as real life experience soon.  

My current plan is investing in single and small multifamily rental properties with an occasional flip (although that's probably further down the line).  I look forward to being move active on the forums, continuing to educate myself, network with the great people on BP, and share my experience once I dive in.  

Any advice, tips, feedback, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
