Hi BP community,

I am curious about combining three well known strategies for acquiring properties. I would like to leverage an IRA to acquire a foreclosure and then BRRRR the property to pay back the IRA. Has anyone used this exact process to grow their portfolio? Appreciate any feedback!

Cheers!!

Mike B.

Thanks for the feedback, Jack.  I am looking a Charlotte-area multifamily.  Do you no of any opportunities?

Hello BP,

I am looking at an opportunity on a multifamily in Newton, NC.   Are there any locals with feedback on the this location?  Is this a growing Charlotte suburb or too far removed to benefit from Charlotte's growth?

Thanks!

Hello BP'ers -

I am considering purchasing a rental property in the Charlotte-Raleigh-Durham area but have grown concerned over the level of flooding in the local area.  I would love to hear what local investors / residents think about any new risks associated from the flooding, whether it be property damage to homes or damage to local services that may decrease the attractiveness of a neighborhood to renters, or any other flood related considerations.

Thanks in advance!
