@Lucas Martinez thank you. So when the books tell you that you need leads coming in, and weekly notifications about new listings, what capacity can your home town realtor help for out of state properties as far as getting you new postings ? Sorry for rambling

@Paul Blair thanks for the response. So if I told my agent in NY that I wanted to evaluate this property in Memphis (or wherever) can she assist with this and if so in what capacity ?

Can you explain what real estate portability is compared to reciprocity ? I was under the impression each state is classified as “cooperative, physical location and turf” … I could use some clarification. Thank you

Hi everyone. Might be a silly question for me as a beginner but if I hire a real estate agent in my home state, are there limitations to buying in other states ? In other words does that agent get mls listings in Texas, Florida etc ? I’m on the fence if it’s worth getting my own license and thus my own mls account. Thoughts ???

I would be interested in both virtual and in person meet up. Looking forward to hearing back

Hello. I am very new to the process of real estate investing but would love some input from those who have done it before. What is the consensus on setting up an LLC before making investments ? How much harder is it to get financing once this is set up? Any insight would be helpful. Thank you
